These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the eonkick platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant-game services. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
18+ Age Requirement
All users must be 18 years of age or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. eonkick conducts identity verification to enforce this requirement.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold one eonkick account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Fair Play Guaranteed
All games use certified RNG technology. Matched betting, arbitrage, and any form of cheating are prohibited and will lead to account termination without notice.
Responsible Gaming
eonkick provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players experiencing gambling-related distress are urged to use these tools immediately.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. eonkick will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eonkick ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing eonkick, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.
eonkick reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms that may apply at a given time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the content of a specific promotion page, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.
eonkick operates as an online casino and sports betting platform designed to serve the Bangladesh market. All monetary values on this platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified. References to time are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
By registering an account with eonkick, you warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
- Participation in online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform and under the laws applicable to you personally.
- You are not registering from a jurisdiction in which eonkick has expressly restricted access.
- You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person when registering or transacting on this platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of eonkick or any of its affiliated entities.
eonkick employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any time and to suspend withdrawal and deposit facilities pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services available on eonkick, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on eonkick. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, multiple identities, or through the use of a third party — is strictly prohibited. If eonkick identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, any bonus funds will be voided, and net winnings attributed to the duplicate account activity may be forfeited at eonkick's sole discretion.
Account Security: You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. eonkick will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at support@eonkick.
KYC Document Requirements: eonkick may request the following documents to complete identity verification:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the mobile number).
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
eonkick accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods currently listed on the platform. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and international card payments via Visa and Mastercard through participating Bangladeshi banks such as City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
Deposit Terms:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider.
- Deposits are credited to your eonkick account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- eonkick does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any applicable transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review.
Withdrawal Terms:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard BST business hours.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) safeguard.
- eonkick reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or high-value transactions.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
eonkick offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
General Bonus Conditions:
- All bonuses are credited in BDT (৳) to your eonkick bonus balance unless stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically after this period.
- Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live sports events with odds below 1.50) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
- Each player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitutes a violation of our One Account Policy (see Section 3).
- eonkick reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to any such change.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error will be voided in full.
Specific seasonal promotions — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup promotions — will be published with their own full terms and conditions on the promotions page at the time of launch.
Section 6
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All sports betting activity on eonkick is governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, published in the sportsbook help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. The following general rules apply across all sports and game types.
Sports Betting:
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. eonkick does not accept bets placed after the market has closed or after the relevant event has commenced, except for designated in-play markets.
- eonkick reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
- In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules. Generally, if a match does not complete at least 90% of its scheduled duration, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for a return to be paid. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining selections.
- Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These limits are published in the sportsbook terms section and vary by sport and market type.
Casino & Slots:
- All casino games use certified RNG technology supplied by our game providers. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness.
- In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance, except where the game provider's own malfunction policy takes precedence.
- eonkick is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a disconnection caused by your own internet service provider or device failure.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using eonkick, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Matched Betting & Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any technique designed to guarantee a risk-free return at the expense of eonkick's promotional budget.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform. All legitimate payment disputes must be directed to eonkick support in the first instance.
- Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the eonkick platform, including its software, databases, APIs, or security systems.
- Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward eonkick staff or other players in any communication channel.
- Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to eonkick by any person under 18 years of age.
eonkick actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account, void any associated bets or winnings, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your eonkick account at any time by contacting our support team at support@eonkick. Before closing your account, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be voided, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion: If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, eonkick strongly encourages you to use our self-exclusion tools, available directly from your account dashboard. You may self-exclude for a minimum period of 6 months up to a maximum of 5 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to re-register. Please visit our Responsible Gaming page for full details on all available tools.
Suspension by eonkick: eonkick reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or asset freezing.
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or AML concerns, eonkick reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned via the registered payment method.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. eonkick will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are protected and will be returned to the account holder upon reactivation following identity verification. eonkick reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 on dormant accounts after 12 months of inactivity, up to the value of the remaining balance.
